Aisha Abu Aminu is an award-winning architect, sustainability expert, and the founder of Enova Africa. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in sustainable architecture and development. Aisha is a LEED Green Associate (U.S. Green Building Council), an EDGE Expert (International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group), and certified in Net Zero Design (TU Delft, Netherlands), Python and Data Science for Engineering, Architecture and Construction (University of Michigan, USA and National University of Singapore). She is also a Project Management Certified Professional (CIPM), and has completed advanced professional courses including Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs) from the World Bank and Building Expertise on Developing Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure under EPFL’s (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland) Sustainable Infrastructure program.
Aisha is focused on scaling climate-smart solutions, expanding impact through policy, finance, and design while building Enova Africa into a global leader in sustainable development.
